Description

Effective and easy-to-give, Beaphar WORMclear® Tablets for Cats are a veterinary medicine available without prescription containing pyrantel and praziquantel, that kill all types of common intestinal worms (roundworms and tapeworms) found in UK cats. These tasty meaty-flavoured cat worming tablets can be given with or without food, making it easy to provide your cat with regular worm control. Cats can pick up intestinal worms from many sources including animal faeces, contaminated soil, vegetation, hunting and eating infected rodents/birds or even consuming infected fleas whist grooming. Roundworms can also be passed from pets to people, so regular worming is essential for your cat and your family’s health. It is recommended to worm your cat at least every 3 months. Pets at greater risk should be wormed between 4-12 times a year.* Suitable for cats and kittens from 6 weeks of age and weighing more than 1kg. Can also be given to nursing queens. As fleas can carry tapeworm eggs, it’s important to ensure your cat’s flea treatment is up to date, to reduce the risk of reinfestation from ingesting infected fleas. * ESCCAP Guideline 01 Seventh Edition – June 2025
